Mythical Creatures Reborn is a 1.20.1 Forge port of the classic MLP Mythical Creatures mod, fully remade with innovative new systems and content.

What's Inside

🐴 Six Core Ponies — Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie. Tamable, rideable, and some flyable.

👹 Bosses & Monsters — King Bowser 9000, Hydra, Leviathan, Ursa Major, Windigo, Manticore, Robot Sombra, Spikezilla, and many more.

⚔️ Weapons, Armor & Tools — 135+ items including unique gear like the Ursa Claws, full armor sets, and Cutie Mark set bonuses.

✨ Abilities & Status Effects — projectiles, status effects, and a large recipe set to explore.

🔧 Fully Configurable — entity stats, weapon/tool values, and ride tuning are all exposed in config files.

Requirements

Minecraft: 1.20.1 (Forge 47.2.0+)

Required: GeckoLib 4.4.9

Optional: Curios 5+ (unlocks extra equipment slots)

- Fixed the apple hoe having negative attack damage. - Improved the text and presentation of item tooltips. - Removed the crafting recipe for the Ursa Major Claws. - Bear claw tools can no longer be crafted from bear pelt. - Lowered the voice volume of hostile mobs that use the mod's own sounds. - The Parasprite is now a small creature, with a much smaller model and hitbox. - Fixed the game getting stuck on the loading screen after saving the config. - Fixed the visual editor ignoring changes that reset a value back to its default. - Removed the tooltip from the Twilight Star. - The Mavis Orbs can now be thrown, dealing damage to the creatures they hit.

- Spikezilla now attacks every creature it sees. - The Windigo now randomly charges at its enemies. - Spikezilla and the Windigo now have animations. - The in-game visual editor no longer shows blank lines that jump around while scrolling. - The client config screen is now rebuilt as a two-level layout with a left pane and a right pane. - Fixed the apple armor recipes not working at all. - Fixed Prince Rutherford's loot table failing to load. - The Skull of Doom now attacks every creature except the undead. - The Skull of Doom now dives from the air to strike in melee, just like the phantom. - The Skull of Doom now spawns at night like zombies and skeletons, and catches fire in daylight under the open sky. - The Buffalo now has 35 health. - Fixed mod hostile mobs not spawning in open areas at night.
