[+] Added Screen Space Shadows for Distant Horizons chunks - SSS now extends beyond vanilla render distance and follows DH terrain with full resolution
[+] Added Rough Reflections with realistic material-based roughness
Fix:
[Fixed] Fixed Screen Space Shadows appearing completely black
[Fixed] Fixed terrain fog (Land Scattering) on both vanilla and Distant Horizons chunks - fog no longer appears overly thick at chunk edges on low render distances
