added default axial precession periods to the config

Additions: 1. Axial precession (configurable), 2. a new feature allowing sky rotation to be compatible with different inclinations. Changes: 1. changed max zhr cap to be 1000 instead of 10000 (your game would crash), 2. seasons now sync differently due to axial precession. Fixes: 1. fixed bug that caused max zhr to not do anything, 2. fixed bug that caused solar longitude to only be correct for earth.

Fixes: 1. fixed bug that caused meteor showers to spawn in wrong positions, 2. fixed bug that caused meteor showers to not spawn after half the year, 3. fixed bug that caused meteor showers to dependent on the sun's right ascension instead of solar longitude, 4. fixed meteor showers having incorrect data. Changes: 1. changed meteor shower intensity to be zhr, 2. changed meteor shower stormmult to not reach infinity, 3. changed meteor showers to scale with ticks per day, 4. changed range to be range of solar longitude instead of solar longitude * 1.5. Additions: 1. meteor showers are now completely configurable, 2. added tooltips to the config, 3. added meteor shower drifting, 4. added max zhr (capped at 10000), 5. added light pollution.

This is the release of the bigger update, contains the stuff from the beta versions and some new things, fixed a few bugs first of all, 2. changed sunrise and sunset colors to only affect the horizon, 3. changed some minor things too.

stabilized code even more + fixed weird sky color behaviour and made orbital mechanics safer so it wont be as easy to break, all known bugs are now fixed and I have also gone back to astrocraft's original shadow rendering system to fix some bugs with this one. The next test will be the final test before release of the new version. (sorry for two broken versions)

this is the second test of the bigger update mentioned, here I didn't add anything new, but I'm working on stabilizing code that has been unstable since the beginning of the mod, fixing bugs and getting rid of the null pointer exception crashes I found. The third test will be dedicated to fixing bugs that may have been sitting around since the beginning of the mod, and new ones too.

this is the first test of the bigger update mentioned, there will probably be bugs and there are missing features, 1. added variable inclination, 2. added variable eccentricity, 3. added currently useless "Mass" in config, 4. added parallax (will scale with Diameter scale but you have to add @surface afte rthe planet name in observer location), 5. added the sun's anelemma (day length will slightly vary thorughout the year due to the earth's eccentricity), 6. rewrote astrocraft's eclipse shadow rendering (currently work in progress and parallax doesn't work with it), 7. fixed axial tilt bug (previously the axial tilt was slightly off of the exact value due to a percission error), 8. fixed my confusion between axial precession and axial tilt variation, 9. removed "Horizon color" (it was broken), 10. removed forest fires (they were broken and I decided I didn't want them).

now allows you to change the amount of ticks in a day, now custom sunrise and sunset colors are based on the position of the sun and not the time of day, bigger update possibly canceled
