- Updated commands to 1.21.8

- Changed win condition to be entirely dependent on the Innocents being alive. - Moved spectator functionality from running constantly to only during the game

- Moved Innocent Alive checker to timer so that it only runs during game - Removed pointless Alive setter (players don't need a score) - Changed the way moles are decided to be 1 in n rather than 1 every n for user clarity. - Added fallback. In case no mole is chosen, the game will still play with just innocents

- Fixed timer bug
