- Fixed an issue where tools and weapons weren't smaller than vanilla when held in the left hand

- Made all items, tools, weapons and blocks smaller when held in hand - Disabled shortened textures of all pickaxes, axes, shovels and hoes as they are no longer needed - Changed the Crit Particle to be less obstructive

- Items appear smaller when held in hand (Doesn't affect blocks and tools) - Fixed item texture of the shortened 2 tall flowers and grass versions - Updated pack.mcmeta to pack format 18
