Added BreakingABlockBreaksWholeColumn modifier! This makes it so breaking any block also breaks the whole vertical column above and/or below it, with optional fancy animations!

### Added modifiers!
Modifiers are effects that don't give players any points, but instead fundementally alter the game. The 2 modifiers that are currently are Randomizer (previously a gamemode), and an "all blocks have gravity" modifer. With this update, there has also been some changes to how the command work, with the `/mg config` command getting split into 3 seperate commands, `/mg ConfigMainGame`, `/mg ConfigGamemode`, and `/mg ConfigModifier`. To enable this new modifiers, just do `/mg EnableModifier [Modifier name]` (and then `/mg start`). Gamemodes are left the same!
