Added compat for AEInfinityBooster + AE2WTLib when using the AE2 Upgrade.

Off-hand now adds to what can be wanded (palette + off-hand). 3D Model enabled if either Create or AE2 is installed (or config). Tried making Gradient Mode more accessible, also with a more easy preview toggle to better understand how it works.

**New Upgrade Item: AE2 Integration Upgrade. Allows the use of blocks from your ME system rather than your inventory or backpacks.** <br> <br> Fixed some Wand Restrictions, didn't set the rules up quite right before. Now they just follow the rules of Construction Wand. Cleaned up tooltips.

Added Wand Restriction Modes (UP/DOWN, LEFT/RIGHT, NORTH/SOUTH, EAST/WEST). Added keybinds for Wand Restriction and last used Trowel Mode (So you don't have to toggle over Quick). Fixed a bug of not consuming blocks in curios slots when it wasnt in a container. Better Wand block placement and better logic for returning replaced blocks in replace mode.

Up and Down locks from radial menu also applies to stairs and slabs. Minor bugfixes

Holding a dirt block in off-hand now allows to wand to target grass block, podzol and mycelium. Replace now passes through grass.

Added Per-block rotation locks (ctrl-click to configure multiple at once). Added Global Rotation Locks to Radial Menu for ease of use. Removed old rotation ui. Added Import/Export commands for palettes. Updated textures and better use of space for large GUI scales. Added optional 3D model. Only enabled by either config setting or having Create installed. and minor bugfixes.

### **MAJOR OVERHAUL AND NEW FEATURES** **Wand mode:** - Place blocks from current palette on matching blocks from palette, still using the percentages set from the palette. - If holding a block in offhand, it will place blocks from palette on the same block as offhand. - Replace mode and Preview mode works with Wand mode. - Enable Wand mode either by using a upgrade item in a smithing table, or enable it in config to be available by default. - Compat with Copycat blocks. Also works with Rotations from the Rotation GUI. **Gradient Mode:** - New mode to let player use a gradient placing system to auto switch between palettes as you move along the gradient. - Many options to choose where in the world the start and end points are for the gradient. Relative: distance from current location - Absolute: exact coords in the world - Click Points: Click in the world where you want the start and end points. - GUI to show how the gradient will look, able to change how much each palette should use of the gradient. - Custom blend modes between palette sections. You can configure how much blend you want between palettes. - If wireframes/preview is on it will show you how far along in the gradient you are as you place your block. - Fully working with Wand mode and replace mode. Wand mode also uses the smart coloring of wireframes to show where in the gradient you are and what palette will be placed. **Fixes:** - Now the GUI is responsive and works in all GUI sizes. - Many optimizations. - Total new config, with plenty of customizations. - Changed upgrade item to upgrade template, to use with smithing table - Plenty more....
