Massive smoke columns

### Added - **`/smoke` command** — manage smoke columns from chat. Use `/smoke list` to see active campfires, `/smoke reload` to refresh them, or `/smoke clear` to remove them all - Smoke columns now survive **world reloads and server restarts** — they reappear instantly when you log back in, no need to revisit the campfire - Players who **join late** automatically see all active smoke columns ### Fixed - Fixed a crash when exiting the world

### Fixed - Smoke column continuing to spawn after breaking the campfire or removing the oak wood block beneath it ### Changed - Expanded Minecraft version compatibility to 1.21.1+

### Added - Campfire smoke columns: placing an oak_wood block under a lit campfire generates massive, realistic smoke columns - Custom smoke particle (SmokeColumnParticle): grows from 0.5x to 5.0x size while rising, maintains constant upward speed - Wind system: configurable wind angle (0-360°), speed (0.0-0.2), and start height (default 384 blocks via Config.java) - Server-client networking (CampfireSmokePayload + ClientCampfireTracker): smoke persists even when chunks are unloaded - Distant Horizons compatibility: smoke columns render at any distance via server-tracked positions - Config screen: wind angle, wind speed, and wind start height configurable via Mods menu - Spanish translation (es_es.json) ### Changed - Campfire with oak_wood below now produces custom massive smoke instead of vanilla smoke - Existing block_smoke and MassiveSmokeParticle remain unchanged - Version bumped from 1.0.0 to 1.5.0
