A momentum-based speed plugin inspired by Manepear's speed glitch video. The longer you sprint forward without stopping, the faster you get, up to a wild top speed, complete with auto-stepping over blocks and running on water once you're fast enough.

Momentum Speed
The longer you keep moving forward, the faster you get, up to speeds vanilla Minecraft was never meant to hit. Inspired by Manepear's speed glitch video, this brings that same momentum-based movement to your Paper server.
How it works
Sprint forward without stopping and your momentum builds, shown as a meter in your action bar. It's harder to gain the higher it climbs: quick at first, then noticeably slower, crawling in the last stretch, so hitting max speed takes real commitment (a few minutes of nonstop running).
Strafing or moving backward won't kill your momentum outright, but it barely builds it, running dead forward is what actually ramps you up. Stop moving entirely and it drains fast.
As your momentum climbs, so does your speed, gradually at first, then dramatically in the final stretch, capping out at wildly inhuman speeds. Two perks kick in along the way: past a set threshold you'll auto-step up blocks like they're stairs instead of needing to jump, and once you're fast enough you'll skim across the surface of water instead of sinking.
Want to bail out of your momentum on command? Crouch and swap to your offhand item at the same time, or just run /momentumstop, either instantly drops you back to zero.
Commands
/momentumspeed grant and /momentumspeed revoke , admin-only, controls exactly who has access to the ability (nobody gets it by default)
/momentumspeed reload, admin-only, reloads the config
/momentumstop, anyone, instantly zeroes their own momentum
Config
A config.yml in the plugin's folder lets you turn the action bar meter off if you don't want the GUI.
