Added 3 unique craftable maces: The Mace, Titans Fist, and Galebreaker.
Each mace has a unique recipe requiring a different rare material as the base ingredient.
Server-wide title broadcast when any mace is forged.
Counter persists through server restarts via scoreboard.
Admin commands to check status, reset counters, and force-give any mace.
Materials are refunded if a player attempts to craft an already-forged mace.
Vanilla mace recipe disabled — maces are only obtainable through the 3 custom recipes.
