1. Added config to cancel fall damage the mace user would receive, but leaving this off is funnier.
2. Fixed issue where the mace could not be used on ground.
This is done by including a minimum fall distance value in config, the default of 5 should be more than sufficient, but feel free to tweak it to your preferences. Set min-fall-distance to -1.0 for the same functionality as v1.0 (maces not working on the ground)
