Fixed Immersive Portals not working with Reltos and Relto Books.

Fixed ConcurrentModificationException thrown during Age registration at startup.

Fleshed out basic Relto book system.

Laid the ground for dynamic dimension creation! (Try the /relto command. It's not much, but it's the beginning of something awesome!) Also fixes server crashes caused by calls to client classes.

Fixes a bug that caused a crash when attempting to serialize a Link Effect.

This was an extensive update to port to NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.1.

Updated to Minecraft 1.19.3. There have been some small internal tweaks, but not enough to warrant a new 1.18 release.

Linking Books now has an in-game guidebook! Find it in the creative menu, or throw a vanilla book and linking panel (black dye surrounded by 8 paper) into a crafting grid. The guidebook is read from XML and is easily translatable. It is up-to-date with all the capabilities of Linking Books 0.7.0.0.

Welcome to the Link Effect Update! While link effects have been a part of this mod in the background for a while, they're now to a point where they can become a central part of play. Link effects are data-driven, so you don't need to be a programmer to use them! (But modding will give you more power.) Updated to Minecraft 1.19.2. Feature parity with 1.18.2 version.

Updated Forge version to Minecraft 1.18.2. No new features, but made all book color variants their own items, so bye-bye to our custom color capability. That means books will come out of the creative menu the correct color now. Yay! Integration for Immersive Portals has been dropped since the Forge version is not maintained.

Fixed linking book not dropping when using it.

Resolved conflicts with updated dependencies. Now requires Cardinal Components 2.8.3, Mod Menu 1.16.8, Cloth Config 4.11.26, Myron 1.5.2 (available [here](https://github.com/Haven-King/myron/releases/tag/1.5.2)), and Immersive Portals 0.99-1.16.
