Fixed some pretty major issues that were causing stutters instead of preventing them (oops). Here's what changed: - **FPS smoothing** - No longer freaks out from frame-to-frame FPS fluctuations - **Fixed budget calculation** - Was accidentally processing one extra heavy chunk per frame, causing the exact stutters we were trying to prevent - **Time-based limits** - Hard caps processing time per frame so even worst-case scenarios stay smooth - **Teleport protection** - Detects when you teleport or change dimensions and throttles extra hard during the chunk loading spike - **Proactive throttling** - Watches for performance instability and backs off before stutters happen, not after New config options if you wanna tweak things.
