🧪 Laychen's Lie

The ultimate 100% accurate creature-capture and relocation utility for Minecraft!

Have you ever found a rare mob, a perfectly bred animal, or a named pet and struggled to transport it? Lead ropes break, minecarts are tedious, and standard mob-capture mods often wipe custom data.

Laychen's Lie introduces a magical, reusable bottle that allows you to capture any living creature with a simple right-click, perfectly preserving its exact state, health, equipment, and custom entity data.

✨ Features

• 100% Accurate State Preservation: When you capture a creature, it isn't just a generic mob egg. The bottle stores the entity's complete data payload (NBT in 1.20.1, Data Components in 1.21+). When released, it retains its exact health, custom name, status effects, and attributes.
• Pre-emptive Right-Click Capture: Seamlessly captures all living entities—even those with built-in right-click interactions like villagers (trading), horses (riding), and wolves (taming).
• Detailed Tooltips: Hover over a filled bottle in your inventory to instantly see the captured creature's Entity Type and Current Health.
• Dynamic Names: The filled bottle dynamically inherits the custom tagged name or default localized display name of the creature inside.
• Visual Polish: Empty bottles feature a permanent, magical enchanted foil glint. Filled bottles convincingly disguise themselves as enchanted blue potion bottles!
• Inventory Friendly: Empty bottles stack up to 64, making it easy to carry an entire arsenal of traps. Filled bottles become unstackable to protect your captured entities.
• Reusable & Safe: Releasing a creature doesn't break the bottle! It safely uncorks and reverts to an empty Laychen's Lie, ready to be used again.

📖 How to Use

1. Craft: Craft an empty bottle in a crafting table using 4 Glass, 1 Button (any type), and 1 Diamond:

   [Glass] [Button] [Glass]
   [ Air ] [Diamond] [ Air ]
   [Glass] [ Air ] [Glass]

2. Capture: Equip an empty Laychen's Lie and Right-Click on any living creature. The creature will vanish, and the bottle in your hand will fill up into an enchanted blue bottle.
3. Inspect: Open your inventory and hover over the filled bottle to check the stats of the creature you caught.
4. Release: Right-Click on any block to uncork the bottle. The creature will spawn exactly where you clicked, and your empty Laychen's Lie is returned to your inventory!
