## Update: Restraint System Rework This update focuses on RP flow, restraint persistence, and reducing chat spam. ### Changed - Removed handcuff conditions based on standing still or low HP. - Now if an officer uses handcuffs on a valid target, restraint is applied immediately. - Escape attempts now count **only** on **left mouse click** (`LMB`). - RP action output is now a **single message per action** (no duplicates). ### Improved - Escape notification spam was reduced. - Progress/attempt notifications are now throttled by configured click interval. - Restrained players are automatically switched to `ADVENTURE` mode. - Restrained player movement speed is reduced (configurable). ### Attach / Death / Restart Behavior - `/attach` now sets a respawn anchor at the attach point. - Restrained state is no longer removed on death. - Restrained state is no longer removed on disconnect. - Restraints are now persisted across server restarts. - Attached players remain restrained after restart/death until manually released. ### New Persistence - Added persistent storage for restrained players: - `plugins/LawRPPlugin/restrained_players.yml` ### New Config Options In `configs/handcuffs.yml`: - `restrictions.force-adventure-mode` - `restrictions.walk-speed-while-restrained` ### Compatibility - Paper/Folia `1.21.1 - 1.21.11`
