Working Native Build for 26.3 + tested JEI version 31.0.0.11 (MC 26.3) + tested JEI version 30.32.0.222 (MC 26.2)

Initial Release [26.2] Added server-side JEI and REI compatibility for Paper and Folia servers. Synchronizes server recipes with Fabric and NeoForge clients. Added REI display synchronization, preserving recipes when full cheat mode is enabled. Supports lossless item spawning, including components such as light-block levels. Added item deletion, hotbar placement, and recipe-transfer support. Added configurable permissions, recipe blacklisting, player resync commands, and English/Chinese localization. Automatically falls back to recipe-safe REI channels if a complete display payload cannot be generated. This build is version-specific and should only be used with its matching Minecraft server version.
