adds star rage and ratio textures

Fixed Star Rage while also giving it a new ability. On the other hand Ratio has been added. With only 1 ability.

Star rage has been added, at the current moment it only has 1 ability. shift right clicking on the sitck causes the the ability charge punch the longer you charge the ability(to realese press right click) the more damage you deal but the longer you hold it the longer the cooldown will be. Holding for too long cancels the ability

works for mark10 and above

so the special carrot on a sticks now have custom textures(the regular carrot on a stick dosent though) reason this took me so long to upload was because my ISP didnt let me open modrinth, sooo sorry But 1 issue has been found, if u dont download the resroce pack and activate it the carrot on a sticks will turn in to that pink and black chekerboard error i am looking in to how to fix this but for now You need the resorcepack

so there was a bug where i wrote copydash_cd.. where it should have been copydash_cd=1.. That broke the datapack so i recomend NOT downloading the last relaese

The q bug as i call it was a bug that made it so that when you press q on a carrot on a stick it made all the carrot on sticks use their q ability Either way the next step will be to add a few more abilitys(mainly dashs), after that i will make the resorce pack

so i am uploding this like 20 min after the last because i was testing the copy unlocking the other techniques and found that i FULLY FORGOT TO MAKE THE FILES FOR BOOGIE WOOGIE COPY UNLOCK(basicaly the files that copy needs so that it can copy boogie woogie) yhea the carot on stick pressing q bug is still here but i am working on it

### the reason this is a beta and not release is beacuse the q for drop activates all the sticks in your invintory q ability. so i will fix that in the next release. Now instead of the old and annoying shift to activate system, we have carrots on sticks for each technique(exept heavenly restriction cause they dont have any thing exept passives). each stick has atleast 1 feature. when pressing Q on a stick(dont worry the stick comes back auto AND it just gets killed when on the floor) it ussuall swaps/ changes mode, though some sticks have it as the dash. right clicking is ussually the main ability of the stick and shift right clicking is ussually a dash or a secondarry ability.

The "carrot on a stick" update as I call it. I call it this beacuse instead of using REALLY BAD AND ANNOYING certin shift slots, I switched it to carrot on sticks. I ensuerd the sticks get killed if they'er anywhere except an invintory. Now some people trying to "cheat/be evil" will try to take / share sticks. BUT thankfully my original infistructure made it so you have to have the tag. At the current moment only the Base tag's stick is working, but the other tags get their sticks they just wont work. THOUGH due to the system being easily copyable, the other sticks will be finished quickly. After each stick is made, I will then make textures for each.

## - This version is the FIRST actual release. - Though thats not all, for I have added new sounds(not custom sounds due to me refusing to use dependencies) AND particals for most if not every ability. - Though, domains will have to be on standby. This is due to them using many particals, and ME not knowing what method should be used. BUT I am working on adding these particals and learning more about datapack dev. ### HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY

The copy technique now works and is finished: The following is only avaliable on the copy tag 1. the switching of unlocked techniques is now possiable by shifting in slot 4 2. You can now unlock techniques by killing players with that tag 5 times 3:Domain(slot 5), as normal it is unlocked at 200 max cursed energy, it allows the user to used the copyed technique without the need of cursed energy Bug fixes: Fixed a bug that caused the action bar to dsplay the anti gravity action bar after switching off of the antigravity tag.

Added copy tag/technique: allows u to copy techniques after killing a person with that technique 5 times. You cant use the domain of that technique but u can switch betwenn owned techniques by shifting in slot 4 The swithing of techniques, and the domain(shift in slot 5)(allows the user to use the copyed tehcnique without the need of Cursed energy) will be added later COMMAND FOR ADDING THE TAG ``` /tag add (nameofplayer) add copy ```
