Fixed several bugs with the Claved Retort. Added some QOL to the Claved Retort.

Added the Claved Retort! It can extract and inject item effects into people. If I develop this further I'll probably add some tooltips and particles to it. Quite basic at this point. You NEED a glass bottle to use it (and, depending on the configs, a water bucket). Also added conservation of matter to the Merger. The Retort doesn't have that right now.

First, and most likely only, release. Only error I've noticed is that the Merger's shape is a full cube. If I ever make a 1.1 or a 1.0.1 I'll probably give it particles too.
