• Adds REI support
• Adds ALI support

Initial Release
Currently fixes a lot of scaling, clipping, and splicing issues between Whimscape and JEI. These issues might not be prevalent across all versions. But they are for me on 1.21.10 with the newest Fabric JEI versions.
Most likely works on many more versions than what are listed, if those issues exist on those versions
