Made it so it detects every item and inside the shulker boxes, bundles, etc..

Random Item Effects shakes up vanilla gameplay by assigning every item in the game a random status effect that applies while it's held or worn, anything from Speed and Regeneration to Poison and Wither. Effects are seeded, so you can reroll the whole pool for a fresh challenge run or lock in a set you like. Server admins get full control via the /randomeffects command. Start, stop, reroll, check an item's effect, or tweak settings like amplifier level and whether negative effects are included. There's also a synced in-game GUI so players can see current settings without digging through config files. Great for adding a roguelike layer of chaos to survival or challenge worlds.
