release
Iron Oak 1.3.0+26.3
1.3.0+26.318 сент. 2026 г.162Minecraft: 26.3fabric
Что нового
Iron Oak now runs on **Minecraft 26.3**.
This is a port, not a feature update — the same mod as `1.3.0+26.2`, rebuilt for 26.3. That is
why the version stays `1.3.0`.
## Minecraft 26.3
- Built for **26.3** with Fabric Loader 0.19.5 and Fabric API 0.160.7.
- **Requires Java 25.**
- Works on a dedicated server as well as in single player.
## Still on 26.1 or 26.2?
**Stay on `1.3.0+26.2`.** This build will not load on 26.2 — Minecraft 26.3 reshaped the
worldgen feature API, so the jar genuinely needs 26.3. Nothing is missing from the 26.2 build;
it is the same mod, and it stays available and maintained.
Same for the older lines: **1.21.11** → `1.3.0+1.21.11`, **1.21.1** → `1.3.0+1.21.1`.
## Under the hood
Nothing a player will notice, listed so the change is not mistaken for a behaviour change:
26.3 collapsed `ConfiguredFeature` into `Feature`, which meant rewriting all six tree
generators, and `cookingtime` became a required field on cooking recipes — the burning and
washing recipes now state it explicitly at the same 200 ticks they always used.
The infused-tree growth path was walked in-game before release.
release
Iron Oak 1.3.0+1.21.1
1.3.0+1.21.115 сент. 2026 г.31Minecraft: 1.21.1fabric
Что нового
Iron Oak for **Minecraft 1.21.1**.
This is a port, not a feature update — the same mod as `1.3.0+1.21.11`, built for 1.21.1. That
is why the version stays `1.3.0`.
## Minecraft 1.21.1
- Built for **1.21.1** with Fabric Loader 0.19.3 and Fabric API 0.116.15.
- **Requires Java 21.**
- Works on a dedicated server as well as in single player.
## On another Minecraft version?
Same mod, nothing missing:
- **26.1 / 26.2** → `1.3.0+26.2` (needs Java 25)
- **1.21.11** → `1.3.0+1.21.11`
## A note on 1.21
This build is announced for **1.21.1 only**, not plain 1.21. It is compiled against Fabric API
0.116.15, and the newest Fabric API for 1.21 itself is from 2024 — far enough apart that we are
not claiming it works without testing it. If you play 1.21 and want it supported, open an issue.
release
Iron Oak 1.3.0+26.2
1.3.0+26.215 сент. 2026 г.48Minecraft: 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2, 26.2fabric
Что нового
Iron Oak now runs on **Minecraft 26.1 and 26.2**.
This is a port, not a feature update — you get exactly the same mod as `1.3.0+1.21.11`, built
for the new Minecraft versions. That is why the version stays `1.3.0`.
## Minecraft 26.1 and 26.2
- Built for **26.2** with Fabric Loader 0.19.3 and Fabric API 0.158.0, and tested in-game on
**26.1.2** as well. Announced for 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2 and 26.2.
- **Requires Java 25.** The 1.21.x builds need Java 21, so if the game refuses to start after
updating, this is almost certainly why.
- Works on a dedicated server as well as in single player.
## Still on an older Minecraft?
Nothing here is missing from those builds — they are the same mod:
- **1.21.11** → `1.3.0+1.21.11`
- **1.21.1** → `1.3.0+1.21.1`
## Under the hood
Nothing a player will notice, listed only so the change is not mistaken for a behaviour change:
the Fabric API surface was renamed in 26.1, cooking recipes moved to a new serializer shape,
and the cutout render layer for saplings and the fire bowl now lives in the block models
instead of in code.
release
Iron Oak 1.3.0+1.21.11
1.3.0+1.21.1121 авг. 2026 г.64Minecraft: 1.21.11fabric
Что нового
Iron Oak now runs on **Minecraft 1.21.11**. The last public release ran on 1.19, so this is a
big jump — worth reading the two notes at the bottom before you update a world.
## Minecraft 1.21.11
- Built for **Minecraft 1.21.11** with Fabric Loader 0.19.3 and Fabric API 0.141.6.
- **Requires Java 21.** 1.19 needed Java 17, so if the game refuses to start after updating,
this is almost certainly why.
- Works on a dedicated server as well as single player.
## Fire bowl fixes
- **A flaming arrow lights the bowl again.** Shooting a fire arrow into an unlit bowl did
nothing before; it now lights it, like a campfire.
- **The cooking time is consistent.** Depending on how a log got into the bowl — by hand or
through a hopper — it could burn for three different lengths of time. Every log now takes
the duration its recipe says.
- **The five-second window survives a reload.** An idle bowl is supposed to stay lit for
about five seconds after its last log and then go out. That countdown restarted every time
the chunk reloaded, so a bowl at the edge of your loaded area could stay lit indefinitely.
It now picks up where it left off. Existing worlds load fine — a bowl saved before this
release simply starts its countdown fresh.
## Notes before you update
**Licence.** From this release on, Iron Oak is under the **Iron Oak License 1.0**, not MIT.
Modpack use is explicitly granted — you may include it in a public or private modpack without
asking. What needs asking is redistributing it as a standalone download or republishing it
under another name. Releases up to and including `1.2.1+1.20.4` were MIT and stay MIT.
**The 1.19 line.** 1.19 stays on the versions page but is no longer developed. There is no
1.20.4 release: that version existed only in the source tree on the way here.
## Gameplay
Unchanged. Infuse a sapling with ore-infused bone meal, grow it, cut it, burn the logs in a
fire bowl for ash, wash the ash for shreds, nine shreds to a raw ore. Six wood types times
three metals, as before. If you are new, the README walks the whole loop with pictures.
