- Fixes the refmap issue that plagued the earlier two patches. Use ONLY this patch and ignore the other releases.

- Resolves issues #4917, #5440, #5909, #5933, and #6203 about logic errors with the Diesel Generator by backporting the entire modern tickServer method from 1.21.1 with some modifications.
