[LongHotbar] Fix: Fabric scroll wheel accidentally triggers swap in GUI - Symptom: Scrolling at hotbar edge while inventory/chest is open caused a full row swap. - Cause: handleScroll lacked a check for client.gui.screen(), allowing edge-swap logic in GUI contexts. - Fix: Added if (client.gui.screen() != null) return false; to disable mod scroll behavior in GUI. - Verification: No swap occurs in GUI; vanilla scrolling works; HUD functionality remains intact.

- Fixed: In DUAL mode, when “Enable middle-click pick block (row swap)” is enabled, middle-clicking a block only searched the configured swapRow row, preventing row swaps from other inventory rows. Now it traverses all non-main rows (9, 18, 27) to find matching items, aligning the row-swap behavior with TRIPLE/QUAD modes.

- LongHotbar fixes an issue where, when swapping at the edge of the scroll wheel, the type of the currently opened container was not checked, resulting in an index out-of-bounds error when attempting to swap items on the PhysicsBogeyMenu GUI of Simurail-Mod (without item slots), causing a crash.

R key: Short press swaps current focused bar with the bar to its right and moves focus right; long press swaps with left bar and moves focus left. = key: Short press rotates the three backpack rows (9‑17, 18‑26, 27‑35) cyclically; long press toggles vanilla style mode (single bar). Mouse scroll: At the leftmost/rightmost edge of the hotbar, scroll to swap the entire row with the adjacent bar and shift focus. Double‑tap number keys: Swap main hand item with the corresponding slot in the focused bar.

Added config option "Swap = Key Short/Long Press Functions", default ON. When ON, short pressing = cycles the swap row, and long pressing toggles vanilla style mode.
