Backport of various changes to 1.20.1 - Made horse inventory keybind customizable - Seperate toggles for Horse/Undead Horse/Camel swimming by @VipCoder8

Fix an issue where entities other than AbstractHorses would have their render layer changed.

# Alpha Update for 1.21-pre1 ## Changes: - Remove PortalHorse as they added it to vanilla - Minor changes to Identifiers of mounted modifiers - Major rewrite of all rendering code ## How to use: ModMenu/ClothConfig don't exist for 1.21 yet. Download their latest versions and the mod will work. Edit `config/HorseBuff.toml` if you need to edit config. ## Known issues: Opening ModMenu crashes the game. Fixes PortalHorse issue that caused location desynchronization when traveling through nether portals at large coords.

Due to [issue #7](https://github.com/CodeF53/Horse-Buff/issues/7), nether portal travel will be off by default while I diagnose what is leading to the improper travel.
