Описание

When crafted, right-click to bind the item with player, then the item acts like a Phial of Media; shift+right-click to unbind. Higher level of the item converts mana to media at higher ratio, up to 1 shard per mana point.
Conversion ratios for 3 items can be configured in `/config/hex_ars_link-common.toml` after first launch.
