Added Miku, Sakura Miku, and Teto Plush Models and Item configuration
- A Miku Plush Totem can be obtained by renaming a Totem of Undying:
"Miku", "Miku Plush", "Hatsune Miku", or "Hatsune Miku Plush" (case sensitive, but all lowercase also works)
- A Sakura Miku Totem can be obtained by renaming a Totem of Undying:
"Sakura Miku", "Sakura Miku Plush", "Sakura Hatsune Miku", or "Sakura Hatsune Miku Plush" (case sensitive, but all lowercase also works. replacing "sakura" with "pink" in the name will also work)

"Teto", "Teto Plush", "Kasane Teto", or "Kasane Teto Plush" (case sensitive, but all lowercase also works)
If you want a display piece of the plushies that look good on item frames, rename any music disc to the name instead of a totem
