- Added the recipe for the pale steel ingot

- Added a structure in lush caves that contains the previously unobtainable **rancid egg** - Fixed the bug where **pale steel** ore types will replace any block during world generation - Added gamerule *voidDealsDamage* which will toggle whether or not the liquid void affects the entities touching it

- Added the *Vigor Charge* item, allowing for using soul to heal when the **[K]** key's pressed (so long as the item is in the player's inventory) - Added the gamerule *useSoulForSpells* to toggle whether spell charges need/consume soul
