### Removals - Removed Spawner recipe > **Developer's Note:** The recipe for the Spawner was removed because: 1. It gives experience when broken, even though it needed rare items to be crafted; 2. Players could use the new Copper Golem item on a Spawner; 3. Although the purpose of this recipe was to use the Spawner as a decorative block, the ingredients for it were too expensive for building.

Here we are with a new release for Grid! Adding numerous recipes, bringing changes and fixing bugs. ### Availability - Grid 2.1 is available for Minecraft 26.2 - support for 26.1 is being worked on and will be released asap. ### Additions - Craft Clay Ball from Clay - Craft Cobweb usings String - Craft Strings using Cobweb - Craft **alive** Copper Golems with a pumpkin and a lightning rod - Craft Snowballs from Snow - Craft Sponges with Potent Sulfur and Strings - Craft Invisible Item Frame with Sticks - Craft Soul Campfires using Campfires and Soul Soil - Cut Mangrove Wood into Mangrove Roots - Smelt Honeycomb Blocks into Honey Blocks - Smith Damaged Anvils into Anvils using Iron Blocks - Colect Small Dripleafs by breaking Big Dripleaf's stems - Added descriptions for Campfires and Soul Campfires ### Fixes - Fixed Unstable TNT description formatting - Smelt, Smoke and Blast recipes now grant experience correctly.

### Fixes - Lit Campfires could be placed by breaking it with Silk Touch and replacing it > **Developer's Note:** "Why does this recipe gives unlit campfires?" Because it doesn't feel right to _craft fire_, so we decided to make it that way. The mentioned fix is refering to an exploit where players could craft a campfire, place it and break with Silk Touch to obtain the _original_ (lit) block back. _Wow!_ We spent too long *not working on this at all*, but now Grid is finally back! **And it's 2.0** 😎 Because of some **technical issues**, I could say (?), Grid 1.0 stopped being worked on (and consequentially updated) in 2024. Our plan for 2026 is to retake on Grid's development and do our best to enhance **your** experience in Minecraft. **Have fun!** ### Availability - Grid 2.0 release will initally be available for Minecraft 26.1 - Updates release as Minecraft's **Game Drops** are released, *so expect a new version every season!* - All (and only) Minecraft versions from the same year will be supported by Grid's releases in that year. - *Recently added* vanilla recipes will be ported to every version of that year. So: _if Minecraft gets a new recipe in `26.4`, Grid will add that recipe in `26.1`, `26.2` and `26.3` as well._ (as long as the items are available in those versions). ### Additions - Crafting recipes for all Pale Oak blocks - Crafting recipe for Copper Horse Armor - Stonecutting recipe for all Shelves ### Modifications - Copper Grate (from Copper Ingot) recipe now grants 24 Copper Bars, as a parity of the Iron Bars recipe. ### More to come... "Oh, I’ve read longer loading screen tips." Yeah, this changelog is too short for a ***2.0 UPDATE!!!***, but we expect to improve Grid throughout the year and ~~maybe we forgot to mention some changes here, but~~ there are other changes to be made, which are not listed here. ## That's all for today.
