I can only conclude that whoever is making these models either has very little experience with minecraft mob models or has no regard for consistency. - Mojang has a history of making terrible horse models and then partially fixing them later, so I'll probably have to remake textures for them if they get swapped out later. if Mojang doesn't fix it then I will, but I have to wait for optifine and/or EMF to update with support for the baby horse model. - the tail on the Baby wolf model is broken, nothing I can do about it for now, go to the minecraft bug report page issue MC-305518 and vote for it to get Mojang to fix the model.
