Fixed a few 1.21.1 bugs: - Spawned vanilla torches and lanterns didn't get replaced with flimsy ones - Villagers didn't replace nearby smoldering / burnt-out torches

A few optimization tweaks: - Logic that replaces torches upon initial chunk load has been optimized - Setting the lucky torch chance to 0 or 1 in config will slightly improve performance by skipping random checks - Generated lanterns are now replaced with empty lanterns

Flimsy Lanterns have been added: - The lanterns can be crafted with eight iron nuggets and start out empty - Right-click a lantern with a Flimsy Torch to light it - Inserted torch will last 50% longer (can be changed in configs)

Bug fix - Torch age values above 15 breaks models upon reloading world: - Reduced max age for all torch duration from 255 to 15 in configs - Will look for a better solution, to hopefully increase the range again in the future

- Added Villager Torch Behavior. Villagers will now replace nearby Burnt Out and Smoldering Torches at regular intervals. - Lowered default Lucky Torch chance from 5% to 1%

- Added config file that allows users to change torch burn duration, lucky torches spawn rate, and replace other mods' generated torches with flimsy torches

- Fixed issue where recipes would unlock upon picking up any item/block - Fixed issue where regular torches never dropped when broken
