Revamped the Modpack to lower memory usage and remove unneeded mods

Downgraded the following mods: (Due to Zoomify bug) - YACL 2.2 -> YACL 1.7 Following Configs have been changed: - Lowered the Master, Music and Weather volume. - Enabled Directional Audio. - Fixed a misconfiguration of Auditory where tools would continously play their swinging sound while breaking a block. - Made the primary Zoomify Zoom (Left Alt) a lot snappier.
