Switched to NeoForge's internal config system instead of a custom one (fixes startup crashes with certain mods) **Potentially incompatible with previous config!**

**Added:** - Reimplemented tank overlay render texture

**Fixed:** - Jade fluid display inconsistencies

**Added:** - Jade support when hovering over a tank frame block **Fixed:** - Major issue with invalid block check - Improved tank frame block right-click logic **Changed:** - Tank blacklist (new tag `ffs:invalid_for_tank` which can be applied in code by other modders or, like before, supplied as a .json in the mod, a resource pack, etc.)

### Fix misbehaving fluid transparency in rendering - Some fluids like Lava weren't rendered with their proper transparency

### Rework tank frame entity handling - With this change you can directly interact with the tank by right-clicking on a block entity. To open a block entity's UI or interact with it normally you need to shift-right-click or hold the T.I.T. in the off-hand.

Fix rendering mishap (other blocks or items rendered inside-out) Also fix CC integration with the `.toggleFluidLock` method

First 1.20.1 version / port (thanks to Gigabit for taking care of it while I couldn't find the time for it!) Also, this marks the end of support for any version below 1.20.1.
