After our (long) testing-phase of Fallback 1.3.0 for 26.3, we're now finally able to release it. This version changed nothing from the last beta.

- Updated GitHub Workflow - Fixed correct Icon link - Replaced old links with new ones - small bugfixes and improvements

We've successfully decompiled Fallback and are happy to announce that **Fallback is now available for 26.3** in Beta. Please test Fallback and report Bugs! - Added LogLevels to improve logleveling - Changed Icon to a new, modern one that fits our new Modcafe icons - Changed various Config Files in order to work with 26.3

- added Scoreboard Pool `fallback.dialog` to RandomDialogAPI to save already shown dialogs and not repeat them

- Added RandomDialogAPI - Changed author parameter in LoggerAPI from `word` to `string` for special Mods
