Added respawn invulnerability (configurable with gamerules). When invulnerable, players cannot attack you and you cannot attack other players. Other forms of damage are still valid. An optional coutdown timer is present (configurable with gamerules) if you want to notify players when they are about to be vulnerable.

- Added disable_commands_in_pvp gamerule - Doesn't allow players in combat to execute commands, but they can still message in chat - Added tag_attackers gamerule - Counts the attacker as in combat and applies all of this mod's features to the attacker

- Updated to 26.1.x

- Fixed the player left text appear twice - Fixed the player joined text not appearing - Fixed the fake player not always spawning if leaving and joining quickly
