A simple mod that gives mobs a chance to fail at breeding!

Описание
This mod simply adds a 10% chance for mobs to fail at breeding!
A small balance feature to make breeding slightly less easy but not ruin it fully.
This mod can either be on the client or server. To be clear it must be a server side mod to work on a server.

Woah a Backport!
This version is actually better than the newer ones as:
## Config!!
- `failChance` - 0.0 <-> 1.0
- 0.0 = No chance to fail
- 1.0 = Always fail
The config will reload **live** on a `/reload`!
You can verify it has applied by looking at the logs
