### 🔧 Essentials mute compatibility fix This update fixes an issue where players muted by **Essentials** could still talk through ExclamationChat. #### Fixed: - Muted players are now blocked from: - local chat - global chat - `/town` - `/staff` - `/msg` - `/reply`

### ✨ New - Added **PlayerPassport integration**: - `/town` (city chat) now requires a city in the passport (configurable). - Messages from `/town` are visible **only to players from the same city**. - Added option for staff to listen to **all cities** via permission `exclamationchat.town.listen.all`. - New config block: `integration.playerpassport.*`. - Added `%city%` and `%city_key%` placeholders for the **town channel format** (e.g. `prefix: "&b[%city%]"` → `[Kyiv] Player: message`). ### 🕵️ ChatSpy - `/chatspy` now also works with **/town** channel: - Staff can see city chat messages through spy format (`spy.channel_format`) even if they are in another city. ### 💬 Chat & formatting - Improved local / global chat formatting with proper **name coloring** and Vault/LuckPerms prefixes when available, with a clean **vanilla fallback** if Vault is not installed. - Kept message text **white by default**, while still allowing color codes (`&` and hex) if enabled in config. ### 🌍 Localization / messages - Updated PlayerPassport-related messages: - Clear hint that city is set via passport mechanics instead of `/passport setcity`. - Small tweaks to Ukrainian localization for city-chat messages. ### ✅ Compatibility - Built against **Paper 1.21.4**. - Designed to work on **Spigot/Paper 1.20.5 – 1.21.4**.
