Fixed loading if PacketEvents is not installed.

- Dropped support for versions < 1.21.8. Due to breaking API and game changes, it's not worth to support it anymore. Time to move forward guys. - Added support for Spigot 1.21.11. - Settings `Anvil.Limit` and `Disabled.ByWorld` were moved out from the `distribution.yml` to the `config.yml`. - Setting for disabled enchantments in the `distribution.yml` is no more used. Please use the new method to disable enchantments. - All possible incompatibilities with the Soulbound enchantment should be finally fixed now. - Changed **Haste** enchantment to have effect only on block break. - Added setting to ignore mobs from MythicMobs for **Cutter** enchantment. - Added **Dragon Heart** enchantment that grants passive **Health Boost** effect. - Added **Lightweight** enchantment that allows you to safely jump on turtle eggs, farmlands and big dripleaf. - Added "bypass" permission for the **Decapitator** enchantment. - Added `%killer%` placeholder for the **Decapitator** enchantment. - Improved chests handling in **Silk Chest** enchantment. - Fixed a bug, where `Anvil.Limit` setting works a bit incorrect. - Fixed a bug, where armor enchants can trigger passive effects in hands. - Fixed particle error in **Dragonfire Arrows** enchantment. - Code refactor and clean up.

- Added support for 1.21.10 - Implemented cache system for "wearable" enchantments. This should improve performance for high-frequency enchantments, such as Flame Walker. - Fixed a bug, where Auto Reel enchantment did not consume item durability. - Fixed a duplication bug in Soulbound and Nimble enchantments. - Fixed a bug, where anvil limit option worked incorrectly. - Fixed a bug, where enchantment description disappears in the inventory on 1.21.8+. - Fixed a bug, where players get affected by their's armor enchantments when damage themselves.

**ADDED:** - Compatibility with Spigot 1.21.8 - Command to give random enchanted book with random enchantment and level. - Command flag '-charged' to produce enchantments with max. charges if available. **IMPROVED:** - Command 'getfuel' renamed to 'givefuel' and accept player names now. **FIXED:** - Improved compatibility with 3rd-party datapacks when referring ExcellentEnchant's enchantments in them. - A bug, where Soulbound enchantment works only when equipped. - A bug, where config comments don't appear in enchantment config files. - An issue, where changing namespace lead to crash until namespace is manually changed for all enchantments under 'Exclusives' setting. - Console errors.

Breaks glass instantly. **ADDED:** - Support for Spigot 1.21.7 **FIXED:** - Improved performance for passive enchantment effects. - Make Flame Walker to use Bukkit API. - A bug, where Silk Chests can not be taken from other containers if they ended up there for some reason. - A bug, where Silk Chests can be placed into containers using the Swap Offhand key.

**FIXED:** - A bug, where disabled enchantments may cause server to not load if they were specified as exclusives in other enchantments. - A bug, where colors not applied to enchant names.

**IMPORTANT:** - Adapted to Paper Registry API. Now should be compatible with all new PaperMC versions without extra patches for each release. - Added support for Spigot 1.21.5 - Global distribution and disabled-enchants settings were moved out to the 'distribution.yml' config file. **IMPROVED:** - Better handling passive effects of enchants. **FIXED:** - A bug, where plugin won't load on Spigot at all. - A bug, where Sniper enchantment can cause projectiles to lost. - A bug, where Telekinesis enchantment tries to add items to player's inventory even if it was full. - A bug, where Decapitator enchantment does not apply color codes properly. - A bug, where Silk Spawner spawners can't stack sometimes. - Performance improved. **REMOVED:** - Rarities is not a thing anymore. - Treasure Hunter is not a thing anymore (bad concept). - Scavenger is not a thing anymore (bad concept).
