This version was updated to MTR 4.0. **It wouldn't work with other versions of the mod**. Dynamic route sign isn't working due to lack of JScripsts in MTR 4.0 mod. Only 201 РЖД and 177 ЦППК liveries are available currently. Thanks to German_Entsi for help.
