Enhanced Soul Speed
This mod enhances the effect of the vanilla soul speed enchantment.
While walking normally, speed is unchanged.
While sprinting, speed is increased by 2-6x depending on the level of enchantment.
Soul Speed I is three times as fast as it's base enchantment, Soul Speed II is 5 times as fast, and Soul Speed III is 7 times as fast.
| Enchantment Level | Vanilla Max Speed | Enhanced Max Speed |
|---|---|---|
| I | 7.88 B/s | 23.66 B/s |
| II | 8.47 B/s | 42.37 B/s |
| III | 9.06 B/s | 63.45 B/s |
All speed measurements are in Blocks per second. These measurements were captured using this Speedometer Mod
These changes increase the utility of the Soul Speed enchantment, allowing a player with Soul Speed III to travel faster than a player with an elytra.
