v1.3.2 - make inverted matchers (!TYPE) stronger than modded behavior. they will always be manually created and it makes sense for them to win over any modded behavior. - make the config comments for item types a little bit more clear hopefully

v1.2.2 - fix SME upgraded potentials allowing to re-enchant the item - use SME enumenchantmenttypes if they are present, allowing lycanitestweaks to give certain lyca equipment certain SME enchants

v1.1.1.1 hotfix for SWORD inference since v1.0.5 all inferred sword enchantment types were named WEAPON incorrectly. this fixes the inference to name the type to SWORD and makes configs created with old versions of the mod still be read correctly.
