## Features
Added Elevator block that allows for teleporting pressing jump to go up and sneak to go down
Elevator are color coded and only teleport you to the same color as themselves with the exception of black ones(default)
Added fluid, item and energy cables that have:
I/O config - energy, item, fluid

Black/Whitelist - item, fluid
RoundRobin - item
Cables can be put all into the same block
Added Quartz glass which can be made by smelting glass
