complete rewrite - added cloth config and mod menu support - reworked enemy leveling logic - added distance and biome scaling - added blacklist for boss mobs (wither and ender dragon blacklisted by default) - lots of code clean up and optimization - rebalanced leveling pace - reworked companion and pet leveling - fixed despawn block problem

### fixed mob Conversion nametag bug (example : when converting a zombie villager its nametag is updated correctly) ## added mob levelup system mobs now recieve xp by killing other mobs and eventually levelup ### added mob Xp potion a potion that you can craft and splash mobs with to raise their level (now you can buff up your trusty iron golem) the potion can be crafted by adding a bottle o experience to awkward potions in the brewing stand

# Added Config ### now depends on YetAnotherConfigLib you can access the config from the server folder in the config folder (a file named dusk_levels_config) mod features can be enabled/disabled and values can be tuned **disabling the leveling will undo mob changes as you aproach them (current method of unistalling the mod untill i find a better solution)** ## Scaling Factor and Leveling speed is adjusted
