Armor Stands start with Arms! They can be removed with Shears and replaced with Sticks.

Default Arms
When placing an armor-stand, they will have arms! Shearing will clip their arms; they can be replaced with two sticks.

- Shearing ArmorStands (with arms) drops two sticks when it removes their arms.
- Right-clicking with (at least) two sticks on an ArmorStand without arms adds their arms back and takes two sticks
- Breaking an ArmorStand that lacks arms will drop an ArmorStand item that shows that it's "Armless"
- Placing an "Armless" armorstand will lack arms
