First release of the "full mod" version of Daniel's Tweaks This implements the old mods feature: The TikiZzniper, but also comes with a new Serverhopping helper. Configure using /daniels_tweaks

- Removed redundant Mod API dependency - Next Version: Whole mod with more than 1 feature

- Removed DUO mode. Solo made became so efficient that hunting together would actually slow you. - Removal of DUO mode fixed a disconnect connected to party-state-getting.

Added lines to the bottom part of a Tiki that tell you were you may go next. Also added source code since I was asked to by someone.

CHANGELOG - Hopefully fixed a bug that made the party-MEMBER-based syncing useless.

CHANGELOG - Fixed the mod to be OFF by default. The cause was a typo in the default mode. - Fixed Duo mode crash - Improved the Tiki solver: > Prior to this update, the solver measured the shortest rotational distance between all the heads and then made you click the one with the lowest distance to another. > NOW: The solver simulates all possible clicks and gives each option a score. It then picks the option with the best score, allowing you to solve the Tikis much faster. Simulating each click option allowed me to account for the fact that two heads can move every click.

**NEW FEATURE**: - When in DUO mode, if the leader cannot find a Tiki, other party members will now automatically tell the leader about a new Tiki locations when they find any. - Helpful buttons when there are no Tikis in chat
