Shader support + blood spread on high value quality fix

fixed bloom on higher spread values to still be high quality while maintaining low preformance cost

even more shader support known issue: seeing end gateway and nether through walls with shaders on.

Some things are broken, and some things are broken with shaders but working on better support, you might notice things with items and poor preformance

Beta version, things might not work as intented - Fixed Lunar client crash - allows for end gateway toggle - allows for nether toggle bloom doesnt work animated end gateway and nether dont work

Beta Version of up coming update, I want to add a lot more but this is all so far. bloom seems to be visually improved, added setting for bloom leakage Has not been tested on Sodium (only VulkanMod), could be broken. _Fixes where on sodium it switches between doing bloom on only either the item or the armor but never both at once._
