- Placing pot'als on non-full blocks replaced them unexpectedly. This behavior is now limited to blocks which belong to the `#minecraft:replaceable` blocks tag. Trying to place a pot'al on a non-replaceable block would fail and the item will be refund.

- ⚠️ (**Important**) Fixed an issue where the equipment of a player were still saved in the database when they don't wear them anymore, involving duplication issues. This concerned the new equipment slots of the 1.21.5 version of Minecraft : offhand, head, chest, legs, and feet. - When a player is teleported into the Creative Dimension, it now directly stores the position of the used portal with a precalculated offset that depends on its facing direction. This will prevent players to be stuck in a loop on server with low connection when they try to reach back the regular dimension. - Fixed offsets when teleporting on negative coordinates.
