Removed Diamond Shard and their recipes. to not conflict

Volcanic Ash and Diamond Shard Texture change and 3 recipes to add secondary purpose to them! (no more 1.20.1 updates sorry)

Changed the tuff to be a wild card block with the final replaced step to instead make: - **Asurine** - **Crimsite** - **Ochrum** - **Veridium** Now players get to choose to process their tuff straight in the crushing wheels or use the new recipe for more gain overtime. (Check out the gallery section or JEI for more info!)

-Simplified the list of items into just **Volcanic Ash** -1 New item: **Diamond Shard** -The tuff processing has been simplified into one step ~~(Available in JEI or Image Galley)~~ -And small value changes to some of the previous recipes **Happy Easter!**
