### Changed - Liquids (full liquid blocks and waterlogged blocks) are now printed in a dedicated pass at the very end of a schematic, after every other block has been placed. This stops water from breaking redstone and neighbouring blocks that are still being printed. - Liquids placed by the cannon no longer flow while the cannon is printing. Each placed liquid is frozen in place, so a print comes out the same way every time and does not depend on surrounding water. As soon as a player (or anything other than the cannon) modifies a block next to a placed liquid, it behaves like normal liquid again. - Water and waterlogged blocks are no longer placed in the Nether (or any ultra-warm dimension). Water blocks are skipped entirely, and waterlogged blocks are placed dry. Lava and other liquids still work there. - The creative schematic deployer (`SchematicPlacePacket`) now uses the same fluid-aware placement, so it also waterlogs and freezes liquids correctly.
