Added Chromite ore generation (I forgot that in the last update)

BE CAREFUL when updating to this update, many id's have been changed and affected blocks/items may dissappear. Chromium Chain Overhaul, 2 paths, the more efficient and harder path, and the short inefficient path. Tungsten Chain Overhaul, same story. Chromite Texture overhaul. Other minor texture changes. Some Stoichiometry was corrected. Rutile and Fluorite worldgen changes, none/less vanilla-esque generation Added Missing decorative recipes Please tell me what you'd like me to overhaul/improve next! Ammonium Nitrate has finally been fixed. Random bugs here and there has been fixed. Reactions that take place inside the more advanced machinery have balanced reactions. ## Readded Iron Ore Lapis Ore Diamond Ore Redstone Ore Coal Ore ## Reworked/Added Copper Generation, now only forms in large veins made out of Chalcopyrite and Copper Ore, only spawns in the Windspwept Biomes, will add smaller variants to all biomes. Iron Generation, along normal generation, large veins made out of Andesite Magnetite Ore and Iron Ore, only spawns in Mountain Biomes. Zinc Generation, along normal generation, large veins out of Calcite and Zinc Ore, only spawns in Jungle Biomes. Cassiterite Generation, now only forms in large veins hosted inside Schist, made out of Schist Cassiterite and Schist Molybdenite.
