- fern or large fern can now grow when fertilizing dirt - changed recipe of Decorative Block's Lattice due to recipe conflict - spawnpoint is set to height 80 -> the player no longer spawns on the spawn island if he/she has no bed and the bamboo on his/her island has grown 2 blocks or more; the player falls some blocks now but takes no damage because of the spawn protection - only affects new players

- updated mods - updated fabric loader to 0.16.0 - readded Not Enough Recipe Book - fix broken minecraft:gameplay/fishing/junk loot table

- fix slicer advncement not appearing due to syntax error - fix wrong number in slicer advancement **Open the instance folder and delete config (not configureddefaults!) folder. Then all my changes to the config will work.**
